On-site corporate BBQ catering is live-fire grilling performed at the client’s location parking lot, a courtyard, or back field rather than pre-cooked food reheated on arrival. It’s the difference between a catered lunch and a catering experience.
Most BBQ caterers pre-cook the food in their kitchen and reheat it on-site. We actually cook at your location. Burgers, smoked brisket, ribs, chicken, sausages, and grilled vegetables all grilled in front of your team, on our equipment, by our chefs.

Grills, tents, tables, servers, cleanup. We arrive early, we leave it cleaner than we found it.
50 to 2,000 guests with the same team and same standards. Dealer days are our specialty.

(50–200 guests) and scale up for larger company summer BBQs and family days. Live-fire
cooking, full setup, service, and cleanup are included in every tier.
No. We bring self-contained propane grills and generators. We just need access to the space.
Minimum 20 x 20 foot area for a small event. Larger events scale proportionally. We do site walkthroughs for bookings over 500 guests.
We bring tents. We relocate indoors if you have the space. In 15+ seasons of on-site corporate BBQ catering, we have never cancelled an event for weather.
Yes, on every BBQ. Halal, vegetarian, and vegan options are standard across all tiers, not an upcharge add-on.
Yes. Our largest events are dealer and franchise days in the 50–2000 guest range, with multi-station setups, full buffets, and carving stations. We’ve been doing events at this scale for 27 years.
